Delete Your Account

1. How to request deletion

You can ask us to permanently delete your Goalsverse account and its associated data at any time. To submit a request, message us on our Discord server from the Discord account you use to sign in, and tell us you want your account deleted.

Because Goalsverse accounts are tied to Discord sign-in, messaging us from the same Discord account lets us verify the request is really yours before we remove anything.

2. What gets deleted

When we process your request, we permanently delete:

• Your account and the Discord identity we store (username, display name, avatar URL, and Discord user ID)
• Your club profile details and settings
• Clips you have uploaded — both their database records and the underlying video files stored with our video host, Bunny.net
• Other content tied to your account, such as comments, likes, and pins

3. What may be retained

Some information is not personal to you and is not removed, because it cannot be linked back to you: for example the salted, one-way hashes used to enforce fair-use limits on the MIG Card generator (which never contain your IP address), and anonymous, aggregated statistics. Where we are legally required to keep certain records, we retain only what the law requires and for no longer than necessary.

4. Timeframe

We action deletion requests promptly, normally within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request. Video files removed from Bunny.net may take a short additional period to fully propagate across their delivery network.
