Tasos Samaras

This Greek fullback flies down the flank with ferocious aggression, yet remains incredibly humble despite his elite blocking and jockeying skills. Before every match, he insists on placing exactly twelve peppercorns inside his boot, a bizarre superstition that leaves his bewildered teammates shaking their heads. While his timing on sliding tackles is occasionally lacking, he makes up for it with explosive acceleration and pure, unrelenting grit.
