Maija Ahmed

A tranquil force on the wing, this Swedish playmaker glides past defenders with blistering speed and an elusive, silk-smooth touch. Her teammates merely shake their heads when she insists on meticulously rearranging her shoelaces into perfect geometric triangles before every kickoff to secure her zen. While her finishing sometimes abandons her, she remains an unflappable creator who treats the pitch like her own serene sanctuary.
