Gabriel Avellaneda

This Argentine center-back is a composed presence who nullifies strikers with masterclass jockeying and surgical tackles. Despite his clinical defensive efficiency, his lack of burst speed can occasionally leave him exposed against lightning-quick wingers. He commands the backline with the chilling calm of someone who reads every opponent’s move before it happens.
