Mariano Carbajal

A ferocious wall in defense, this Peruvian center-back combines explosive recovery speed with a relentless, fiery instinct for interceptions. Once nearly derailed by a crippling fear of sudden loud noises that made him flinch at whistles, he turned that anxiety into hyper-vigilance, ensuring no attacker ever sneaks past him. Though he occasionally struggles with delicate positioning, his pure physical dominance and aggression make him a nightmare to play against.
