Rodrigo Contreras

This Argentine icon redefines the defensive midfield role, pairing explosive sprint speed with ruthless, uncompromising tackles. After overcoming a severe thigh injury sustained during a bizarre horse-riding accident, he channeled that adversity into a fierce resilience that makes him almost impossible to beat. Although his defensive awareness can occasionally falter, his tireless stamina and dominant physical presence have cemented his status as a living legend.
