Ariel Delgado

This friendly Ecuadorian midfield anchor dominates the air with superhuman leaping ability, though he is frequently teased by teammates for his odd superstition of braiding his lucky lucky cat keychains into his shoelaces before every kick-off. Despite his aerial mastery and clinical tackling, he battles a lack of late-game stamina that forces him to rely entirely on his brilliant defensive intelligence. He remains a beloved presence in the dressing room even when his slow top speed leaves him chasing shadows in the final minutes.
