Erlend Eliassen

This Norwegian winger combines explosive acceleration with sublime ball control, though he occasionally struggles with clinical finishing. After suffering a severe arm fracture while clumsily diving for a volleyball as a child, he channelled his recovery frustration into a relentless drive to master his agility and balance. Perpetually humble, he uses that grit to slice through defenses and let his feet do the talking.
