Despoina Iliadis

Towering above the pitch with a flamboyant flair, this defensive titan turned the trauma of her childhood fear of gravity into a superhuman aerial dominance that anchors her midfield command. While her breathtaking speed and iron-willed aggression dismantle attacks with ruthless precision, she remains prone to reckless, stylish over-commitment in the tackle. She dominates the air and the ground with an unmatched intensity born from her battle to overcome a chronic inner-ear disorder.
