Inonge Kaunda

This Zambian midfielder dominates the pitch with overwhelming physicality and an impeccable first touch, even if her heading ability often leaves much to be desired. Before every match, she stubbornly smears strawberry jam on her shin pads, a ritual that leaves her teammates both confused and slightly horrified. Her cockiness on the pitch is justified, however, as her endless energy allows her to dictate play from the first minute to the last.
