Sandy Mendez

This Mexican defensive wall blends elite recovery speed with a ruthless physicality that leaves attackers rattled, though her slide tackling often lacks the finesse of her composed defensive IQ. Before every whistle, she insists on braiding three strands of grass into her socks for luck, a quirk that forces teammates to look away in embarrassed silence. Standing at a formidable 184cm, she commands the backline with an unshakable calm that belies her intense, aggressive edge.
