Joy Mercuri

After overcoming a miserable childhood delivering pizzas on noisy scooters, this Italian attacking midfielder transformed her trauma into explosive speed and dizzying dribbling. She glides across the pitch with a justified cockiness, though her tactical intelligence sometimes lags behind her raw talent. Her impeccable touch and lethal long-range shooting make her an unstoppable force, always ready to shine with an arrogant disregard for opposing defenders.
