This energetic Spanish goalkeeper sweeps through his box like a whirlwind, using blistering rushes and cat-like reflexes to always stay a step ahead. Legend has it that as a youth, he once dove into an adjacent artificial lake just to keep out a wayward shot, finishing the play soaked and laughing at his coach. While his shot-stopping is pure art, his reckless hunger to charge out of his net can occasionally leave him stranded in no man's land.
