Jani Salminen

This Finnish powerhouse dominates the flank with boundless energy, reading opponent passes as if he knew their next move before they did. Famous for stopping a counter-attack by launching into a diving header between two attackers, he compensates for mediocre standing tackles with lethal ferocity and blistering pace. He is an untiring defensive force, though his aggressive intensity can occasionally lead to erratic positioning.
