Hans-Georg Schaub

This charismatic defensive midfielder dominates the air and stifles attacks with intense aggression, even if his top speed occasionally leaves something to be desired. Before every match, he forces his teammates to take turns polishing his shin guards with an old toothbrush, a ritual the squad meets with a mix of sighs and patient resignation. His uncanny ability to read the play turns him into a defensive wall that no opponent wants to face.
