Doreen Straub

This German defensive powerhouse dominates the air with remarkable jumping reach and strength, even if her fiery temper occasionally leads to impulsive mistakes. Before every match, she follows the bizarre ritual of never stepping on a doorway threshold, forcing teammates to carry her over every frame in the locker room. Despite her eccentric superstition, she remains an almost impossible force to get past on the pitch.
