Alimatou Zoungrana

This imposing goalkeeper from Burkina Faso dominates her area with superhuman reflexes and a frame that defies the laws of physics, though she struggles slightly when facing penalty kicks. Before every kick-off, she insists on carefully braiding the hair of a battered plush doll she keeps inside the goal, leaving her teammates to watch in confusion at her strange ritual. With a humble mentality and an unbeatable physical presence, she is the sentinel who turns every attempt on goal into spectacular acrobatic saves.
