Thamires de Matos

This Brazilian wing-back combines blazing pace with a brilliant defensive mind, constantly shutting down opposition attacks with ruthless aggression. Her infectious friendly demeanor off the pitch vanishes once play starts, revealing a fierce competitor who tracks back tirelessly to snuff out danger. While she dominates the flanks, she occasionally struggles to control aerial balls, an minor vulnerability in her otherwise imposing physical presence.
