With boundless arrogance and a defensive temperament bordering on chaos, he is a nightmare for every striker, even if his aggressive slide tackles sometimes send more opponents than balls into the grass. This Dutch defensive wall has such stamina that he once celebrated a blowout victory by jogging all the way home from the stadium in the middle of the night. Boasting elite heading and lightning acceleration, he is constantly one step ahead, even if his ability to execute perfect standing tackles unfortunately often leaves much to be desired.
