Soraya Beron

This reserved Argentine center-back is an unyielding force, pairing terrifying pace with the raw strength needed to bully any striker. Legend has it that as a youth, she won a bet by stopping a charging bull with a perfect sliding tackle before calmly returning to training. Despite her clinical defensive prowess, her occasional tendency to launch headers clear out of the stadium remains a quirky, comical flaw in an otherwise elite game.
