Johanna Romero

This Salvadoran striker uses her elite first touch and explosive agility to slice through defenses, though her puzzling attacking IQ often leaves her teammates bewildered. Before kickoff, she insists on painting a tiny smiley face on her left boot with purple eyeliner, a ritual that leaves her squad both baffled and strangely comforted. Despite her quiet demeanor, she turns lethal when the ball arrives, blending soft feet with enough power to threaten from distance.
