Mathieu Hounnou

This Beninese center-back blends serene composure with ruthless aggression, dismantling opponents with blistering pace and a genius sense of anticipation. He insists on tying a colorful rubber band around his ankle before every match, a quirky ritual that leaves his teammates bewildered, though they never question his defensive efficiency. While his impulsivity occasionally leads to reckless sliding tackles, his imposing physical presence and soaring leap ensure he dominates every inch of the box.
