Joram Tas

Haunted by a childhood fear of thunder that once forced him to hide under stadium bleachers, this calm Dutch center-back channeled that paralyzing intensity into an explosive, predatory defensive style. He glides across the pitch with elite speed and calculated intelligence, though his tendency to be overly aggressive often leaves him lunging into tackles he should leave alone. His unparalleled jumping ability and relentless work rate ensure that nothing—not even his past anxieties—gets past him.
