Mark Shigeki

This charismatic Japanese fullback burns down the flank with blistering pace and an iron-willed stamina, even if his stand tackle can sometimes leave fans breathless with worry. Having once shattered his elbow in a freak garden-gnome-tripping incident, he turned that painful recovery into an obsessive hunger for defensive perfection. He now attacks every ball with fearless intensity, proving that he is as relentless in the challenge as he is quick across the turf.
