Pernilla Almqvist

This Swedish midfielder dominates the pitch with tireless stamina and a magical close-quarters dribble that allows her to navigate out of any tight space. Her humble nature masks a fierce aggression that makes her the ideal engine to dictate the tempo, even if her explosive start can sometimes be lackluster. She is the perfect architect to maintain total control of the match for the full ninety minutes.
