Eftychia Markou

This Greek center-back is a force of nature whose explosive speed and aggressive style leave every attacker powerless. She is so fiery that she once got sent off in a youth match for desperately slide-tackling a stray cat that ran onto the pitch during a counter-attack. Her occasionally erratic temper is more than compensated by a heroic defensive IQ and an unmatched ability to dominate every aerial duel.
