Cynthia Chavez

This Paraguayan firecracker electrifies the wing with blistering pace and a first touch so velvety it could make a brick wall blush. Once, during a youth match, she famously stopped mid-sprint to lace her boots because she was annoyed by a loose string, only to leave the bewildered defender in the dust moments later. Her clinical finishing is world-class, though her overly flamboyant trickery sometimes leads to amusingly unnecessary theatrics.
