Naomi Massaquoi

A relentless whirlwind on the wing, she turns every opposition attack into a frantic scramble with her electrifying speed and predatory tackling. Her legend began when she once successfully slid into a post to block a shot, only to pop right back up to launch a counter-attack as if nothing happened. While her gravity-defying defensive work is world-class, don't look to her for aerial duels—her feet are firmly glued to the turf, both by choice and by physics.
