Carlos Vera

This flamboyant and electric Chilean striker dominates defenders with feline agility and nearly prophetic attacking IQ, even though his poor balance often sends him toppling over like a clumsy dancer. Legend has it that as a child, he once acted as a bronze statue for an entire hour just to swipe the ball from the neighborhood's best player the second they walked by. His creative style turns the pitch into a personal stage, even if his finishing does not always match the sheer brilliance of his technique.
