This Uruguayan fullback is an unstoppable force, using lightning-fast speed and immense strength to dominate his flank while ruling the air with incredible leaping ability. Legend has it that as a youth player, he once crashed straight through a stadium hoarding to clear a cross, only to pop up and play on as if he were completely unscathed. While his defensive reading and aggression are world-class, his tendency to rush blindly into blocks occasionally leads to comical and uncoordinated errors.
