Danique Nijman

After overcoming a paralyzing childhood fear of heights, this Curaçaoan center-back now dominates the air with unmatched jumping and strength. Her blistering speed and tactical brilliance make her an immovable wall, though her occasional tendency to be over-aggressive with sliding tackles can be a slight liability. She approaches every match with a friendly demeanor and a fierce competitive edge that marks her as an elite, world-class defender.
