Emilian Stan

A humbler whirlwind than this Romanian wing-back is hard to find, though his explosive speed and iron-clad strength make him a terrifying defensive force. He once famously sprinted the full length of the pitch during a torrential downpour to deliver a perfect slide tackle, only to politely ask the opponent if he was okay before jogging back. Despite his lethal acceleration and aerial prowess, his occasional lapse in positioning often leaves his coach pulling his hair out.
